The successful Live Auction of the Hearts took place on May 18, 2006 at the Ridgefield Playhouse in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The remaining Hearts now need a home and are available for purchase in an Online Auction beginning May 19 at www.cowparadeauction.com.

When: May 19 to May 31. The first heart opened for bidding on May 19. She will be joined by other hearts on Monday, May 22. All of the hearts will close for bidding on May 31 with closing times of 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm. Please check the individual heart listings for the closing time of your favorite heart.

The HeARTbeat of Our Community is CowParade's newest public art event featuring larger-than-life heart sculptures. The CowParade hearts are most unique, drawing influence from its world-famous cows, with subtle curves and angles that aim to challenge the artist and inspire the viewer for years to come.
The HeARTbeat of Our Community is a traveling art exhibit, consisting of over forty 3-foot heart sculptures, painted and decorated by artists from Connecticut, New York and Massachussetts artists. The event was created in partnership with Danbury Hospital of Danbury, Connecticut to thank the hospital's community for its support of the Hospitalâs goal to provide advanced cardiac care for this region. The exhibit marks the first anniversary of the Praxair Regional Heart and Vascular Center at Danbury Hospital, which provides open-heart surgery, valve replacement and repair, and angioplasty.
The heart sculptures will be on display through May 16, 2006 at the Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury, Connecticut.
